Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Cratejoy account, navigate to your active subscriptions, and select the 'Return Item' option to generate a return request.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all products are securely tucked inside to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
